Tim,
Sometime over the winter I should be able to do a presentation on
network booting several simple images at a FDLLUG meeting. I briefly
discussed this at Barcamp last weekend. We utilized 4 thin clients in
various areas as web browser "kiosks". All 4 machines network booted,
grabbing their images over pxe from a tftp server. The cool thing is
you can have a different image available for each PC (based on MAC
address).
Instead of setting up a separate dhcp and tftp server, I used dnsmasq
which can handle both functions.
