I was listening to the "Intel Strike Report" about 2 and a half years
ago when they mentioned wal-mart was going to start filming gun sales.
The article does not show a link to FEMA but the talk show hosts Michael
Vail and Doug Owen were able to bring the information full circle back
to FEMA. They characterized Wal-Mart as "Your local FEMA branch
office". Think of the potential for RFID snooping of the public when
you walk into the store and get photographed and cataloged, cross
referenced, background checked and followed by agents who hide their
faces from you when you realize you are being followed in the store.
